From the day I signed with you back in April to handle the listing of my home under a Short Sale until the day it finally closed in December, you took complete control and never wavered. Having to take a loss on the investment of a home is very hard to deal with. What could’ve been an extremely stressful and frustrating  process..well, wasn't because of you. We decided to sell our rental home in Queen Creek when we realized we could not afford to keep it any longer.

We didn't know what to expect since this was the first time we purchased a home as income property in another state other than where we live.

We've known Ilona since we purchased the house as she worked for the agent who showed it to us and we felt very comfortable with her.  We were very surprised to find out how experienced she was with short sales and acted in a very professional manner throughout the process.
 
We were surprised when the first buyer backed out and that she had a in the wings waiting if something went wrong. We were very happy on how she handled everything without missing a heartbeat as she was in direct contact with the banks negotiator and because of her previous experience, she kept us informed of everything that would come up before it happened so we could be ready to respond to the banks demands when they made their requests.
 
Anyone who is really considering on selling their home via short sale should take the time to consult with her to get a better understanding of the process is in Arizona.  Its a lot different process than in California and much quicker so you need someone like her who knows all the in and outs of the process and understands the laws governing these types of sale.
 
On a personal note, when our only son was killed in a terrible accident over three years ago, she sent flowers for him and we never expected that from someone that far away.  Truly a wonderful warm hearted person who cares about her friends and acquaintances to do such a thing, she will always be remembered!
