In 2019, Ilona sold
her property in Chandler and Ilona and her mom, Marie, purchased two tiny homes
in Tempe. As close as their relationship is, they know it is best for their relationship that they have separate living areas!
Their two tiny homes sit on a 9,500 square foot rectangle lot with no HOA in Tempe. Each
tiny home has two bedrooms and one bath. Their properties are separated by a stunning wooden fence which allows them to have their privacy and be only 80 feet from each other.
Most of the interior renovations
were complete when they purchased their two tiny homes. They have since added some great features to both. Their Two Tiny Homes Continue to be a Work In Progress!
